BECKLEY WOODS RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION BOARD

Beckley Woods is a deed restricted community formed in 1975.  A set of Bylaws and a Deed of Restrictions were written and approved to attend to the governance and wellbeing of the neighborhood and it’s residents.  A Board of Directors was formed to oversee this task.  Members of the Board of Directors are chosen from residents of Beckley Woods and a slate of directors is presented annually and voted upon.  The Board of Directors will then chose their own officers.  The term for all Board  members is one year.  Many of our current Board members have served consecutive terms for many years.  If you are interested in serving as a Board member, which is an unpaid volunteer position,  you are invited to contact us at mailbwra@gmail.com.  You will be promptly contacted.

The annual meeting of the Beckley Woods Residents Association will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Commons Room of the Chenoweth Woods Apartments at 14005 Old Station Road.  At the meeting, residents will elect the board of directors of the Association for 2026 and vote on any other matters that are properly brought before the meeting.
