BECKLEY WOODS RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION BOARD

Beckley Woods is a deed restricted community formed in 1975.  A set of Bylaws and a Deed of Restrictions were written and approved to attend to the governance and wellbeing of the neighborhood and it’s residents.  A Board of Directors was formed to oversee this task.  Members of the Board of Directors are chosen from residents of Beckley Woods and a slate of directors is presented annually and voted upon.  The Board of Directors will then chose their own officers.  The term for all Board  members is one year.  Many of our current Board members have served consecutive terms for many years.  If you are interested in serving as a Board member, which is an unpaid volunteer position,  you are invited to contact us at mailbwra@gmail.com.  You will be promptly contacted.

The Beckley Woods Annual Yard Sale was held on Saturday, May 10th.  Participation was good and it appears that everyone had a good time. Beckley Woods only sponsors a Spring yard sale. However, Lake Forest will be holding a Fall yard sale in mid-September, for those wishing to piggy back on to their yard sale.
